Sec. 25-7-103.94. Quick-take; DU-COMM at Cloverdale, Illinois. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 2 years after July 30, 1999, by DuPage Public Safety Communications (DU-COMM), a unit of intergovernmental cooperation, for the acquisition of property including land, buildings, towers, fixtures, and other improvements located at Cloverdale, Illinois and described as follows:
A tract or parcel of land situated in the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section
Twenty-one (21), Township Forty
(40)North, Range Ten
(10)East of the Third Principal Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section
Twenty-one (21), measure North, along the West line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section Twenty-one
(21)1287.35 feet, then East at right angles to the said West line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section Twenty-one (21), 292.57 feet to the point of beginning;
Thence East along the last described course 208.71 feet, thence South at right
angles to the last described course 208.71 feet, thence West at right angles to the last described course 208.71 feet, thence North in a direct line 208.71 feet to the point of beginning; also
A right of way and easement thirty-three
(33)feet in width for the construction,
maintenance, and use of
(a)a roadway suitable for vehicular traffic, and
(b)such aerial or underground electric power and communication lines as said Company may from time to time desire, consisting of poles, wires, cables, conduits, guys, anchors, and other fixtures and appurtenances, the center line of which right of way and easement is described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the West line of the tract or parcel of land above
described, distant Southerly 16.5 feet from the Northwest corner of said tract or parcel, thence Westerly at right angles to the West line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section Twenty-one (21), 293 feet more or less to the public road situated on the West line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section Twenty-one (21), Township and Range aforesaid.
