Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 24 months after July 30, 1999, by the County of Lake, for the acquisition of necessary right-of-way to complete the improvement of the intersection of County Highway 47 (9th Street) and County Highway 27 (Lewis Avenue).
