Sec. 25-7-103.77. Quick-take; City of Marion. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 18 months after July 30, 1999, by the City of Marion for the acquisition of property and temporary construction easements bounded by the following lines for improvement of the Pentecost Road project:
A variable width strip of land lying parallel with and contiguous to the existing east and
west Right-of-Way lines of Pentecost Road in the following quarter-quarter section:
the NW1/4 NW1/4, Section 16; NE1/4 NE1/4, Section 17; NW1/4 SW1/4, Section 16; SW1/4 SW1/4,
Section 16; NE1/4 SE1/4, Section 17; and the SE1/4 SE1/4, Section 17, all located in Township 9 South, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian; Williamson County, Illinois.
