Sec. 25-7-103.72. Quick-take; Village of Franklin Park. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 3 years after December 1, 1998, by the Village of Franklin Park, for the redevelopment of blighted areas, for the acquisition of the property legally described as:
Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 of the Salerno-Kaufman Subdivision of part of
Tract No. 1 in Owner's Division of part of the East 1/2, Northeast 1/4, Section 29, Township 40, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois; and
That part of the South 117.64 feet of tract number 1 lying East of a line 235 feet West
of and parallel with West line of Mannheim Road in Owner's Division of part of the East half of the Northeast quarter of Section 29, Township 40 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded August 16, 1929 as Document number 10456788, in Cook County, Illinois.
