Sec. 25-7-103.69. Quick-take; City of Evanston. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of one year after July 30, 1998, by the City of Evanston for the acquisition for redevelopment purposes of the real property legally described as:
Lots 5 and 6 in Dempster's Subdivision of Block 66 in the Village (now City) of Evanston
in the South West 1/4 of Section 18, Township 41 North, Range 14 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois and commonly known as 906-08 Church Street, Evanston, Illinois; and
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 in Dempster's Subdivision of Block 66 in Village (now City)
of Evanston, in the South West 1/4 of Section 18, Township 41 North, Range 14 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois and commonly known as 910-926 Church Street, Evanston, Illinois.
