Sec. 25-7-103.47. Quick-take; City of Streator. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 6 months after June 28, 1996, by the City of Streator for the acquisition of property described as follows for a first flush basin sanitary sewer system:
Tract 5: That part of lots 20 and 21 in Block 6 in Moore and Plumb's addition to the
city of Streator, Illinois, lying south of the right of way of the switch track of the Norfolk and Western Railroad (now abandoned) in the county of LaSalle, state of Illinois;
Tract 6: That part of lots 30, 31 and 32 in Block 7 in Moore and Plumb's Addition to
the city of Streator, Illinois, lying north of the centerline of Coal Run Creek and south of the right of way of the switch track of the Norfolk and Western Railroad (now abandoned) in the county of LaSalle, state of Illinois.
