Sec. 25-7-103.39. Quick-take; City of Effingham. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 36 months after July 14, 1995, by the City of Effingham for the acquisition of property which is described as follows:
Tract 1:
Lots 26 and 27 in Block 4 in RAILROAD ADDITION TO THE TOWN (NOW CITY) OF EFFINGHAM
(reference made to Plat thereof recorded in Book "K", Page 769, in the Recorder's Office of Effingham County), situated in the City of Effingham, County of Effingham and State of Illinois.
Tract 2:
The alley lying South and adjoining Tract 1, as vacated by Ordinance recorded on July
28, 1937 in Book 183, Page 465, and all right, title and interest in and to said alley as established by the Contract for Easement recorded on August 4, 1937 in Book 183, Page 472.
