Sec. 5. Definitions. As used in this Act:
"Image" has the meaning provided in subsection
(a)of Section 11-23.5 of the Criminal Code of 2012.
"Intimate parts" has the meaning provided in subsection
(a)of Section 11-23.5 of the Criminal Code of 2012.
