Sec. 3-10-13. Notifications of Release or Escape.
(a)The Department of Juvenile Justice shall establish procedures to provide written notification of the release of any person from the Department of Juvenile Justice to the persons and agencies specified in subsection
(c)of Section 3-14-1 of this Code.
(b)The Department of Juvenile Justice shall establish procedures to provide immediate notification of the escape of any person from the Department of Juvenile Justice to the persons and agencies specified in subsection
(c)of Section 3-14-1 of this Code.
