Sec. 2-30. Data; Legislative and Representative Districts. The data prepared by the State Board of Elections in Section 2-25 shall be used only as the basis for determining Legislative and Representative Districts. Residences at unknown geographic locations within the State under subsection
(c)of Section 2-25 shall not be used to determine the ideal population of any set of districts, wards, or precincts. The data prepared by the State Board of Elections in Section 2-25 shall not be used in the distribution of any State or federal aid.
