Sec. 15. Conviction Information.
(a)Within 60 days after the effective date of this Act, each circuit clerk shall forward monthly to the Illinois State Police a copy of the judgment for each and all persons convicted of an offense within the definition of methamphetamine manufacturer, as defined in Section 5 of this Act, during the previous month.
(b)Within 120 days after the effective date of this Act, the Director of Corrections shall forward to the Illinois State Police a list of all persons incarcerated or on mandatory supervised release, who have been convicted of an offense within the definition of methamphetamine manufacturer, as defined in Section 5 of this Act.
