Sec. 117. The Illinois State Police shall promulgate rules to develop a list of sex offenders covered by this Act and a list of child care facilities, schools, and institutions of higher education eligible to receive notice under this Act, so that the list can be disseminated in a timely manner to law enforcement agencies having jurisdiction.
