Sec. 7. Within 10 days from the date when a decision becomes final, the Clerks of the Supreme and Appellate Courts shall furnish to the Reporter of Decisions, without cost, the opinions of the judges of his court. The clerk shall also furnish such opinions to any other person, company, or corporation desiring them at a price to be fixed by the Supreme Court.
