Sec. 9c. State safety oversight for rail fixed guideway public transportation systems. The Authority shall comply with the requirements of 49 U.S.C. 5329 and 49 U.S.C. 5330 as required by the Department of Transportation under paragraph
(7)of Section 2705-300 of the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.
