Sec. 65.1. Lagoons; Cook County. No reservoir, low solids lagoon, or high solids lagoon shall be located in the area southwest of the present high and low solids lagoons described as follows:
Said southwest area lies in Cook County between the Des Plaines River on the north and the
Sanitary and Ship Canal on the south, and is bordered on the northeast by a line which is parallel to and 2,000 feet to the northeast of the centerline of LaGrange Road at the approximate midpoint between the Des Plaines River and the Sanitary and Ship Canal and is measured parallel to the Sanitary and Ship Canal. The area from this line to the most southwestern edge of the most southwesterly drying bed cannot be converted to any other treatment process or storage area for any product of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District.
Said southwestern edge lies between the Des Plaines River on the north and the Sanitary and Ship Canal on the south, and is located parallel to and 5,500 feet to the southwest of the centerline of LaGrange Road at the approximate midpoint between the Des Plaines River and the Sanitary and Ship Canal and is measured parallel to the Sanitary and Ship Canal.
