Sec. 170. District enlarged. As of July 13, 1955, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same, the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows:
All of Section Fourteen
(14)South of the Indian Boundary Line, all of Section Twenty-three
(23)South of the Indian Boundary Line, all of Section Twenty-four (24), and the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Twenty-five (25), all in Township Thirty-six
(36)North, Range Thirteen (13), East of the Third Principal Meridian, and all of Section Nineteen (19), except that part of the North Half (N1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) thereof lying east of the east line of Lincoln Avenue of the City of Harvey, and that portion of Section Twenty
(20)(except the North Half (N1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) thereof lying west of the right-of-way of the Illinois Central Railroad, all in Township Thirty-six
(36)North, Range Fourteen (14), East of the Third Principal Meridian.
