Sec. 158. District enlarged. As of July 1, 1955, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows:
Three tracts of land lying in the West 20 acres of Lot 6, Ankers Subdivision of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 and all of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 23, Township 36 North, Range 14 East of the 3rd P.M., Cook County, Illinois, described as:
(1)the West 1.0 acre of that part of said west 20 acres lying north of the south 18 acres thereof:
(2)That part lying north of the south 18 acres thereof (except the North 50 feet and except the West 1.0 acre thereof):
(3)the North 5.0 acres of the South 18 acres of the aforesaid West 20 acres.
