Sec. 900-15. Titles; Articles; captions. The language contained in the Titles, Article headings, and Section and subsection captions in this Code:

(1)is intended only as a general description that is not a part of the substantive

provisions of this Code;

(2)does not take precedence over the content of the substantive provisions of this

Code; and

(3)shall not be used in construing the meaning of the substantive provisions of this

Code.
