Sec. 35. At the close of each fiscal year, the Commission shall prepare a complete report of its receipts and expenditures during the fiscal year. A copy of this report shall be filed with the Governor and with the treasurer of each county included in the Metropolitan and Regional Counties Area. In addition, on or before December 31 of each even numbered year, the Commission shall prepare a report of its activities during the biennium indicating how its funds were expended, indicating the amount of the appropriation requested for the next biennium and explaining how the appropriation will be utilized to carry out its responsibilities.
A copy of this report shall be filed with the Governor, the Senate and the House of Representatives.
