(2)weeks preceding such examination in a daily newspaper of general circulation published in the county in which said Park Employees' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund system is situated, and such notice shall be posted by the secretary of the Civil Service Board in a conspicuous place in the office of the Park Employees' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund for two
