Sec. 7. A proposal to form a zone within a municipality may also be initiated by filing a petition with the corporate authorities. Such a petition shall contain all of the information required by subsections (a),
(b)and
(d)of Section 5 of this Act and shall be signed by not less than 10 percent of the voters who reside within the territory proposed to be included within the zone.
Each petitioner shall add to his or her signature the date of signing and his or her street address.
