Sec. 60. Acquisition of property and related agreements. The Transportation Agency may exercise any and all powers of condemnation or eminent domain, including quick-take powers, to acquire lands or estates or interests in land for a transportation facility under this Act to the extent the Transportation Agency finds that the action serves the public purpose of this Act and deems the action appropriate in the exercise of its powers under this Act. In addition, the Transportation Agency and a design-builder or Construction Manager/General Contractor may enter into leases, licenses, easements, and other grants of property interests that the Transportation Agency determines are necessary to deliver a transportation facility under this Act.
