Sec. 3-619. Sample Registration plates and stickers. The Secretary of State, upon receipt of an application made on the form prescribed by the Secretary, may issue to any law enforcement agency in this State, or to any authorized agency of any foreign jurisdiction, or to any motion picture or television industry, one or more Sample Registration Plates and stickers. The design of such plates and stickers shall be wholly within the discretion of the Secretary, and shall be issued without charge.
The Secretary of State, upon receipt of an application made on the form prescribed by the Secretary, may issue to any other individual one or more Sample Registration Plates and stickers for a fee of $4 for each Sample Registration Plate and sticker.
