Sec. 33. Enforcement of aeronautics laws. It shall be the duty of the Department, its officers, and such of its employees as are designated by it to do so, to enforce and assist in the enforcement of all laws of this State pertaining to aeronautics, and of all rules, rulings, regulations, orders and decisions issued by the Department pursuant thereto, and, in aid of such enforcement, general police powers are hereby conferred upon the Department, each of its officers, and such of its employees as are designated by it to exercise such powers.
It shall also be the duty of every State, county and municipal officer charged with the enforcement of State and municipal laws to enforce and assist in the enforcement of all laws of this State pertaining to aeronautics.
