Sec. 9.50. Reimbursement for Certain Expenses and Mortgage Penalty. In addition to the other amounts authorized to be paid under this Act, the Authority may reimburse the owner of real property acquired for a toll highway project the reasonable and necessary expenses incurred for
(1)recording fees, transfer taxes, and similar expenses incidental to conveying the real property; and
(2)penalty costs for prepayment of any pre-existing recorded mortgages entered into in good faith encumbering the real property.
