Sec. 15-135. License in possession.
(a)It is unlawful, for the purposes of operation of fishing or musseling devices,
(i)for licensed commercial fishermen or musselors to loan licenses to any other individual, or
(ii)for any person to possess the license of another.
(b)It shall be unlawful to disturb in any manner the licensed devices of another person without consent of that person.
