Sec. 5. Definitions. In this Act:
"Law enforcement agency" means a county, municipal, or State law enforcement agency.
"Police dog" has the same meaning ascribed to the term in subsection
(e)of Section 3.55 of the Emergency Medical Services
(EMS)Systems Act.
