Sec. 16. Cancellation, suspension, or refusal of registrations and licenses. The Director may refuse to register a fertilizer or cancel or suspend a fertilizer registration, custom blend, or fertilizer license if:
(1)the composition of the fertilizer does not warrant the claims made by the registrant;
(2)the fertilizer does not comply with the provisions of this Act or its rules;
(3)the labeling or other materials required for registration do not comply with the
provisions of this Act or its rules;
(4)the registrant used fraudulent or deceptive practices to secure registration;
(5)it is determined that a fertilizer poses a risk of unreasonable adverse effects
to man or the environment under the provisions of this Act or its rules; or
(6)the registrant does not comply with the provisions of this Act or its rules.
