Sec. 25. Cancellation, suspension, or refusal of registration.
(a)The Director may refuse to register a soil amendment or cancel or suspend a soil amendment registration if:
(1)the composition of the soil amendment does not warrant the claims made;
(2)the soil amendment does not comply with the provisions of this Act or its rules;
(3)the labeling or other materials required for registration do not comply with the
provisions of this Act or its rules;
(4)the registrant used fraudulent or deceptive practices to secure registration; or
(5)it is determined that a soil amendment poses a risk of unreasonable adverse effects
to man or the environment.
