Sec. 10. Initiation, administration, and conduct of program by Board. The Board may initiate, administer, and conduct the Law Enforcement Intern Training Program and the Correctional Officer Intern Program. The training for interns shall be provided at any certified academy selected by the Board. The Board shall have the authority to establish enrollment limitations.
