Sec. 10. Removal of volunteer board members.
(a)Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the person or entity that appointed a member of a board may remove that member for misconduct, official misconduct, or neglect of office.
(b)Removal under this Section is in addition to any other method of removal provided by law.
