Sec. 15. Management of confidential information.
(a)Any report or information submitted to the program under Section 10 is confidential, may not be released except as otherwise provided in this Act or in the Juvenile Court Act of 1987, and is not subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
(b)Any report or information submitted to the program and forwarded by the vendor described in subsection
(d)of Section 10 to a law enforcement official or to a school official is confidential, may not be released except as otherwise provided in this Act, and is not subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
(c)A person who intentionally discloses information to another person in violation of subsection
(a)or
(b)commits a Class C misdemeanor.
