Sec. 1. The judges and associate judges of the circuit courts shall be allowed travel expenses when traveling outside their county of residence in connection with their judicial duties in any of the circuits. In addition associate judges shall be allowed travel expenses when traveling within their county of residence in connection with their judicial duties. All expense vouchers shall be submitted to the Supreme Court for approval.
