Sec. 7.5. Rail safety recommendation report.
(a)A railroad passenger service or Association shall issue an annual report on or before December 31 of each year containing all rail safety recommendations made by the National Transportation Safety Board during the previous 12 months and the status of the service's or Association's implementation of those recommendations. The report shall be made publicly available on the website of the rail passenger service or Association.
(b)The Federal Railroad Corporation may issue an annual report on or before December 31 of each year containing all rail safety recommendations made by the National Transportation Safety Board during the previous 12 months and the status of the Corporation's implementation of those recommendations. If the Corporation voluntarily issues a report under this subsection, the Corporation shall make the report publicly available on the Corporation's website.
