Sec. 1. Subject to the provisions of Sections 2, 3 and 4 of this Act, reproduced copies of the following forms, reports and schedules may be filed in lieu of the origin.

Sec. 1. Subject to the provisions of Sections 2, 3 and 4 of this Act, reproduced copies of the following forms, reports and schedules may be filed in lieu of the original copy:
(a)capital stock tax return or schedule required by the General Revenue Law of
Illinois;
(b)any personal property tax return or schedule required by the General Revenue Law of
Illinois;
(c)any annual report required by the "Business Corporation Act of 1983", as amended;
(d)any annual report required by the "General Not for Profit Corporation Act", approved
July 17, 1943, as heretofore or hereafter amended.
