Sec. 5-30. Training of certified licensees. Any certified licensee and any employee of a certified licensee who sells or transfers firearms shall receive at least 2 hours of training annually regarding legal requirements and responsible business practices as applicable to the sale or transfer or firearms. The Illinois State Police may adopt rules regarding continuing education for certified licensees related to legal requirements and responsible business practices regarding the sale or transfer of firearms.
