Sec. 57.13. Underground Storage Tank Program; transition. This Title applies to all underground storage tank releases for which a No Further Remediation Letter is issued on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly, provided that
(i)costs incurred prior to the effective date of this amendatory Act shall be payable from the UST Fund in the same manner as allowed under the law in effect at the time the costs were incurred and
(ii)releases for which corrective action was completed prior to the effective date of this amendatory Act shall be eligible for a No Further Remediation Letter in the same manner as allowed under the law in effect at the time the corrective action was completed.
