Sec. 25d-5. Contamination information. Beginning July 1, 2006, the Agency shall make all of the following information available on the Internet:

(i)Copies of all notifications given under Section 25d-3 of this Section. The copies

must be indexed and the index shall, at a minimum, be searchable by notification date, zip code, site or facility name, and geographic location.

(ii)Appropriate Agency databases containing information about releases or suspected

releases of contaminants in the State. The databases must, at a minimum, be searchable by notification date, zip code, site or facility name, and geographic location.

(iii)Links to appropriate USEPA databases containing information about releases or

suspected releases of contaminants in the State.
