Sec. 3.24. Drug misbranding; gluten. An oral drug is misbranded if gluten is included as an inactive ingredient and is not so listed on its label. This Section does not apply to a pharmacy or pharmacist, as those terms are defined in Section 3 of the Pharmacy Practice Act.
