Sec. 10. Definitions. For the purpose of this Act:
"Department" means the Department of Public Health.
"Director" means the Director of Public Health.
"Panel" means the Interagency and Partnership Advisory Panel on Lupus.
"Program" means the Lupus Education and Awareness Program (LEAP).
