Sec. 10. Definitions. As used in this Act:
"Cervical cancer screening service" means an examination and laboratory test for the screening and detection of cervical cancer, including conventional Pap smear screening, liquid-based cytology, or human papillomavirus
(HPV)detection methods.
"Department" means the Department of Public Health.
