Sec. 9-148.1. Widow's annuity for widow married to member for at least one year. Notwithstanding Section 9-148, if a member was not married at the time of retirement but married after retirement, that member's widow shall be entitled to a widow's annuity if
(1)the widow was married to the member for at least the last year prior to the member's death;
(2)the widow is otherwise eligible for a widow's annuity; and
(3)the widow repays to the Fund
(i)an amount equal to the amount of any refund paid to the member at the time of retirement pursuant to Section 9-165 plus
(ii)interest thereon from the date of the refund until the time of repayment at the rate of 6% per year.
