Sec. 2-110.2. Age enhancement. Any member or former member who receives any age enhancement under Section 14-108.3 of this Code shall be entitled to use such age enhancement under the Retirement Systems Reciprocal Act for the purpose of establishing eligibility for and calculating the amount of a retirement annuity payable under this Article, notwithstanding the provisions of subsection
(b)of Section 14-108.3.
