(i)indicating that if the taxpayer wishes to contribute to the Autism Care Fund, a special fund created in the State treasury, for the purpose of donating to the Autism Society of Illinois, as authorized by Public Act 99-423, he or she may do so by stating the amount of the contribution (not less than $1) on the return and
(ii)stating that the contribution will reduce the taxpayer's refund or increase the amount of payment to accompany the return. Failure to remit any amount of increased payment shall reduce the contribution accordingly. Upon completion of the transfers, the Autism Care Fund is dissolved, and any future deposits due to that Fund and any outstanding obligations or liabilities of that Fund shall pass to the Autism Awareness Fund. This Section is repealed on January 1, 2027.
