Sec. 5-15. Termination by lessee; immediate family; dependents. The lessee on a lease described in Section 5-10 may, at the lessee's option, terminate the lease at any time after
(i)the lessee's entry into military service or
(ii)the date of the lessee's military orders described in subdivision
(2)of Section 5-10, as the case may be.
If the lessee on a lease described in Section 5-10 is killed in action or while on active duty, then the immediate family or dependents of the lessee may terminate the lease.
