Sec. 10. Eligible costs. Grant money awarded under this Act shall be used as follows:
(1)a stipend of $7.50 per hour for learning activities and at least minimum wage for
meaningful work experience for a maximum of 200 hours per participating youth, to be paid over a 10-week period;
(2)to provide salary for supervisors for each summer program;
(3)supportive services, including but not limited to transportation and child care; and
(4)a 10% overhead, per summer program, to provide for insurance and business
necessities.
