Sec. 20-180. Electronic procurement systems. Nothing in this Code prohibits State agencies from accepting bids or proposals for competitive solicitations submitted solely via an electronic procurement system as long as the electronic system integrates with that portfolio's procurement bulletin and all other provisions of this Code are met.
