Sec. 35.16. The Secretary may temporarily suspend the license of a pharmacist, pharmacy, registered pharmacy technician, or registered certified pharmacy technician, without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 35.2 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that evidence in his possession indicates that a continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public. In the event that the Secretary suspends, temporarily, this license without a hearing, a hearing by the Department must be held within 15 days after such suspension has occurred, and be concluded without appreciable delay.
