Sec. 3.07. Each month the Department of Natural Resources shall prepare a list of those persons who have filed an application for any certificate of competency under this Act during the preceding 30 days, which list shall include the name of the applicant, the applicant's employer, the location of the applicant's employment and the type of certificate applied for. Such list shall be provided to each employer covered by this Act which shall be posted for a period of 30 days from its receipt in a conspicuous place available to all employees on the premises of the mine at which they are employed.
The certificate of competency shall be considered temporary until this posting requirement at this place of employment has been completed. Nothing in this Section shall prohibit the holder of such temporary certificate from performing all of the functions that he is authorized to perform when such certification becomes permanent.
