Sec. 11. Time of operation. The Director shall require operations at Type I licensed establishments to be conducted under inspection and during approved hours of operation. The management of an official establishment desiring to work under conditions which will require the services of an inspector of the Department on any Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, or for more than an approved work day on any other day shall, sufficiently in advance of the period of overtime, request the Department representative to furnish inspection service during such overtime period, and, if approved, shall be allowed inspection on an overtime basis.
